The Live Exchange Workshop of CAFÉ project on 21 October brought together cultural organisers and café initiatives to explore how these spaces can remain vibrant centres of creativity, dialogue, and social cohesion. We exchanged knowledge on sustainability, audience development, and cultural programming — and imagined new ways to collaborate across borders.
